Emily double majored in International Studies and Spanish Language and Literature, receiving her B.A. in three years from Flagler College. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into two national honors societies, as well as receiving departmental awards for both majors for high academic achievement. In addition to her studies at Flagler College, she spent a summer studying abroad in southern Spain to further enhance her language skills.
Previously, Emily had the privilege of assisting peer students with their writing skills in both English and Spanish, as well as taking part in Flagler College’s First Year Experience program as an academic peer mentor to guide incoming college freshman students.
Emily currently serves as an Educational Outreach Coordinator for GoSTEM and CAPACiTY for CEISMC, seeking to enroll in a graduate program at Georgia Tech.
