Eve Cuero is a higher education professional and business administration major at Georgia Tech, with a strong background in educational processes and a dedication to fostering accessible and inclusive learning environments. Raised in Miami, Eve earned her Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Miami-Dade College before transferring to Georgia Tech to pursue her bachelor’s degree. Currently, she serves as an Educational Outreach Coordinator at the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC), where she leads initiatives designed to inspire and support K-12 students in STEM fields through the K-12 InVenture Prize program and Georgia AIM.
Eve’s professional achievements include receiving the 2024 Hats Off Performance Award, which honors classified staff for exceptional job performance and service. During her time with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, she created and managed two impactful programs: the Computer Loaner Program, which provided laptops to students facing access challenges, and the Student Assistant Program, which enhanced office efficiency and support through innovative hiring and training processes. Under her leadership, the Computer Loaner Program was able to assist more than 50 students through targeted marketing and outreach.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Eve excels in program development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Beyond her professional roles, she enjoys creative pursuits such as drawing, knitting, and reading, and values spending quality time with her family. With a passion for leveraging innovative strategies to make education equitable and impactful, Eve continues to empower the next generation of learners through her role at CEISMC.
