Dr. Norman “Storm” Robinson III is a nationally recognized STEM education leader and Senior Research Scientist at Georgia Tech’s CEISMC, where he also serves as Associate Director for School and Community Engagement. With over two decades of experience spanning NASA, the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, and multiple K–12 and higher education institutions, Dr. Robinson has pioneered innovative STEM curricula, including robotics and engineering design, and led transformative initiatives that expand access to underserved communities. His work integrates emerging technologies—AI, machine learning, and VR—into hybrid learning environments, empowering educators and students alike. A passionate advocate for educational equity, he has secured and managed multimillion-dollar grants, designed scalable digital platforms, and built strategic partnerships across academia, government, and industry. Dr. Robinson holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Georgia State University and has received numerous accolades for his contributions to STEM education and outreach.
