Nisa Floyd received a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology at Georgia State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in English, along with a TEFL certificate, also from GSU. Nisa founded Art Makes, an organization dedicated to supporting art spaces by developing K-12 curricula and creating art kits for community organizations.
With a background as a museum educator, she developed both K-12 and adult programming in collaboration with studio artists. Nisa uses this background in arts integration to enhance STEM programs she is a part of at Georgia Tech which has helped increase student engagement.
