Emilee joined Scheller College of Business in October 2016 as the Administrative Professional in the Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship as well as the Assistant Mentorship Coordinator for the Excel. In June 2017, Emilee transition to one of the Mentorship Coordinators, in this role she practices many administrative tasks, maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing organization, program correspondents, completing operational requirements, and manages events.
Emilee established and oversees the Student Advisory Board for Excel which helps with Recruitment and Retention, Events Committee, Sports Committee and an Alumni Committee. The Mentorship Coordinators ensure the 40+ Excel students develop a healthy lifestyles while building a rich social environment resulting in a successful college experience with the 120+ degree seeking mentors.
Emilee also serves on the Board of GiGi's Playhouse of Atlanta which is a Down Syndrome Achievement Center for individuals and families with T21. She began her service in 2015 as the Junior Board President at GiGi’s and currently serves as Board Secretary and Co-chair of the Communication Committee.
